I offer individual therapy by video or in person, indoors at my office or outdoors in nature. I offer couples/relationship therapy by video or in person. My focus with individuals is EMDR (eye-movement desensitization and reprocessing) to help you feel less anxious or triggered because of things that happened to you in the past. For couples and relationships, I offer solution focused therapy and guide you to practice better communication, learn to listen to one another’s feelings and be in touch with your own emotions, using a mindfulness based approach.
