I offer individual therapy and couples/relationship therapy online in the comfort of your own home. My focus with individuals is CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) to challenge and replace the negative thoughts that are getting in your way, and EMDR (Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) to help you feel less anxious or triggered because of things that happened to you in the past. For couples and relationships, I offer solution focused therapy and guide you to practice better communication, learn to listen to one another’s feelings and be in touch with your own emotions, using a mindfulness based approach.
